Kai's Jutsu

Aside from basic genin ninjutsu, this is the only jutsu Kai will ever be able to learn or use. Among these are ONLY 1 attack jutsu that makes him pass out after using it three times in one battle, two support jutsu that help other people, three that help himself, and one like the byakugan but he has to be not moving and anything besides chakra is black(cannot see).

Name of ability: Kagirinaiseisen (Eternal Well)

Description: For unknown reasons, Kai's body produces produces chakra at a faster rate than he can use up; because of this, his body constantly releases a steady flow of chakra around him, often able to change the course of a thrown object just as Neji had once done.
Weakness: Someone with a chakra absorbing ability could absorb his chakra just by getting near him, even if their jutsu says they have to touch their target. Also, after using tha Hyouden (Eternal Field of Snow), this ability is negated(does not work) for two more posts.

Description: Kai''s body has an incredible regeneration rate. His body can regenerate wounds, dead cells and even internal organs by using his extra chakra. However, he cannot regenerate entire limbs and cannot regenerate if entire body is destroyed at once.

Name of ability: Hyouden (Eternal Field of Snow)

Description: By releasing an extremely large amount of his chakra all at once, it creates a pulse that repels all matter. This is similar to the Tenin Banshi that Pain uses. Unfortunately, because his body cannot handle all that chakra passing through his body at once, he can only use this three times before passing out on the spot. Also, needs a two post recharge (cannot use for two more posts after use.)

Description: Kai's eyes automatically allow him to see chakra. Also, when Kai sees someones chakra, he is able to tell what type of jutsu they use and can classify their chakra strength by a rank. Along with this, Kai is able to halt the flow of chakra in anyone that he looks at, thus negating/stopping the use of all chakra and jutsu.

When he activates the doujutsu by making three specific handseals, he is able to widen his view in a 360 degree range for a limitless length. However, he can only see chakra; everything else is black. He would be able to see an enemy's chakra flow but would not be able to see a thrown kunai. Along with this, Kai must be standing still to activate it. Once he moves, it is unactivated. Also, after using tha Hyouden (Eternal Field of Snow), this ability is negated(does not work) for two more posts.

Description: Kai's body will emit a field with a 100ft radius. Everything within it has it's chakra sealed. His body negates the use off all chakra. The closer they get to him, stronger the negation is. Ninjutsu and Genjutsu that require chakra cannot be used, activated and any that is still in effect, is negated and stopped.

Description: This ability is beyond what most people know. How it came to be is unknown and Kai has no control over it. When Kai's blood is written on his own skin as a name of a person, Kai becomes connected with that person. This ability cannot be copied or mirrored in any way or form.

Any damage done to the person who's name is written on him, will instead be dealt on Kai. this means that is the person was hit with a fire jutsu, the person would not be burned at all but Kai would have the burns of the fire no matter the distance. However, this ability does not coincide with lost limbs. This means that if the person had his arm cut off, it would do nothing to Kai. If the person was stabbed, their body would quickly regenerate while Kai's body would replicate the stabbing into his own body. He takes all pain for the other person, including death.

Description: Kai can channel his extra chakra into thin threads that he can connect with other people. While connected, Kai will be able to keep track of them and can also continuously channel his chakra into their body allowing them to use his massive chakra source. While Kai is connected to another person, that person's jutsu power is increased greatly; increase of jutsu rank by 1. Example: All C rank jutsu that the person uses become B rank while Kai is using this jutsu.
Weakness: Must be standing still. Once he moves from his spot, Kai can no longer keep the threads stable. Also, after using tha Hyouden (Eternal Field of Snow), this ability is negated(does not work) for two more posts.
