History:

Battei was born within the walls of the greatly known Earth Village. It’s surrounding areas were formed with high peaks and cliffs, making it a death trap for any who did not belong. The Earth Village had their own Black Ops known as the Sotto which mean “Face of the Earth”. The Sotto had two special teams within their ranks, one known as Tenjou and the other was Tenchi. Together, they were Earth and Heaven, two halves of a whole. Tenjou stood as the heavens, while Tenchi represented the earth. They are a formidable group that only answers to the Kage. There numbers are large and their strength is frightfull.

A new type of mineral was found, that made it so that earth jutsu would not work one the stones and earth around the village. The Kage decided to do research on the mineral and found a way to bypass the minerals abilities and control the earth and stone within Earth Country. This mineral prevents the use of all jutsu that uses the earth in any way, including phasing through or merging with it. A select few are given this cursemark and then join the Sotto.

As the son of the Kage, Battei was trained with the greatest of care. His teachers were the best of the best, and were only for him to learn from. His father had insured his son’s training by placing him into a private class with several ninja of exquisite skill. Even at a young age, he had shown ability beyond that of a genin, and was quickly pushing his way through the school, and into the more advance classes.Even early on into his academic years, he showed skill in Earth manipulation, which had been expected, due to the fact that his father had been a gifted Earth manipulator. Upon learning the academy basics, he had begun to learn several basic Earth techniques.

He started out with the basic rock formation and then moved into rock movement. He soon came to the point where he could carefully predict the perfect strategy on how to defeat his teachers. This made a few people look in his direction as an individual. His plans were flawless and always worked and it was not long before the Sotto took an interest in him. At age 8, he enrolled into an Sotto-based training regime, learning the rare skills that they had to offer.

At his 10th birthday, Battei was awarded the rank of Genin, and with it, was placed into a team. Unlike most genin, his team consisted of Jounin, making him the weakest of the bunch. However, by taking membership in this team, he was placed under two different teachers, each which gave him a unique ability unlike the others. One of the jounin taught him further Earth manipulation. The second jounin instructed him on the more advance and traditional Taijutsu techniques.

He entered the Chuunin exams at age 12, and without the accompidation of his team. Quickly advancing to the final round, due to his abilties, he found himself going up in a battle with multiple ninja with advance training beyond that of his own. But even with the training, their skills were weak, and his were as crisp as a Jounin's. With only minor injuries, he passed the Chuunin Exams.

His Chuunin Life started at age 12, and he uniquely decided to remain at this level for another year. This time in his life consisted of training, without missions, and was the same routen everyday. Wake up, prepare, practice, and go home to prepare for tomorrow. By the end of these eight years, he became a challange for his father, who had seeked a battle partner. His father died two years later, but not before giving Anari his prized possesions. He gave him unique scrolls, and a suit that he once wore. The silk was infused with chakra to weaken almost any blow to his body. To young to be the next Kage, his fathers right hand was put in charge. The man’s name was Notomadi Garimo. Untill the day that he was old enough, Anari would have to wait to be the Kage.

The kage was very kind and soft he seemed like a nicer version of Battei's dad. He was also very stubborn and refused help from others. He would always seem to get worked up over ideas that Battei came up with. Battei's ideas always worked, but Notomadi wanted to be the smart one and refused to put any of Battei's ideas into motion. This would eventualy lead to the weakening of the Stone Village.

At age 13, Battei had been selected to be a Jounin. His skills were not extreemly powerfull, but he was a strategist like no other. There were times where he had been even compared to the wits of Shikamaru Nara. As a Jounin, he was then admitted into the Sotto, being the youngest Sotto member in history. He continued his skills untill the end of the year, when he was put into the Tenchi group of the Sotto. While training every day, Battei had grown strong. His chakra level was extreemly high and could almost be compared to that of a half-Jinchuuriki.

While training with the rest of the Tenchi, he also worked on his own skills at map making. Battei was able to bring his maps to life like only one other ninja had ever done. The Tenchi training was like no other…. They would fight eachother in an all against all battle that would last for days. With Battei's special abilities, he was able to hid when needed, and keep track of everyone’s movements. The battles soon grew longer and longer untill they could fight for 7 straight days before growing fatigued. There missions were completed smoothly and there power grew stronger.

While going through a box of his father's things, Battei came upon something that shocked him. From his mothers side of the family, Battei was blood related to the great Rikudo Sennin also known as the Sage of the Six Paths. Upon further reading, he found records of things that had never been shown in any historical text. As it was speculated that the Hidden Leaf Village was the first ninja village, it turned out that they were wrong. After having created the first jutsus, Rikudo created a village of his own of peace and tranquility. It was meant to be a pentacle of joy and hope for all that suffered in a time of war. However, as new travelers joined the village, new ideas were placed within it's walls. The very first ninja order was created a few months later with Rikudo leading them. Their goal was to keep the peace and order of all the surrounding areas.

As years went on, it was not long before everyone in the village knew jutsu. The village was sectioned into eleven main clans one being the mighty Uchiha. War soon broke out among the village and neighboring countries engulfing the village in constant attacks. On one frightful day, one of the clans left the village and joined with their enemies. As the two clans merged together, Konohagakure was formed. Soon other villages were formed believing that Konoha was the source of the ninja way. But as the leaders of every village were informed of the awesome power and jutsu that the true original village had, they soon came to an agreement. One week later, all five of the great nations came together and wiped the village out. It's name was erased from all texts so that none would no of it's existence.

As Battei placed the sheet of paper down on his desk, he was shocked at what he had just read. How could the nations have done this? How could the Uchiha have betrayed them? Now it made sense to him how they were such a fierce clan, direct dependents of the great Sage. Within the box lay an old headband with a strange village symbols upon it. It looked like an incomplete circle with several lines upon it. It was impossible to tell if the the rest of the symbol had faded away or if this was how it was meant to be. Battei placed the forehead protector on his head and stood up looking over to a mirror that he knew was there, but unable to see it.

"I will rebuild this village, even if it means the fall of others..."

Battei left Iwagakure without any word and changed his last name to that of the great Sage of Six Paths so that all would know of his heritage. He disappeared almost from the face of the planet and was never heard fro again... until now.
