Alignment: He always does what he considers to be for the best. However, people's veiws his alignment may shift back and forth, as he is willing to make large sacrifices for a greater good. This could vary from dying in battle to save a friend to killing someone against orders if they posed too much of a threat.

Appearance: He has white hair, which is brushed back, grey eyes, and sharp features. About 5’10”, wiry and always has a light frown on his face. He wears light vest and trousers, with military style boots and leather arm guards. He also wears a hooded cloak at all times to hide his shocking hair so that he may come and go unnoticed. All his clothes are coloured green and brown and other similar colours to help him blend in with any background. He has several hooded cloaks of different colours so he can blend with any terrain. His family’s sword is strapped to his back underneath his cloak, with the hilt over his right shoulder.

Personality: A quiet, solitary young man, he prefers his own company. However, he does see the advantage in team work and will work with others to achieve success. Although rather cynical, he is fiercely loyal to his clan and friends and will do whatever it takes to defend them. Unfortunately, due to his solitary nature, he has a difficult time making friends. All through his academy days he did not have a single friend, all he had was his family and training. Keeps his problems to himself and gets the job done.

History: As a child, he was defiant, always resisting the call of his clan. He refused to train as a ninja, and when forced to by his family, only made half-hearted efforts. However, when he reached his tenth birthday, he was taken to Ryoushi Hissori’s tomb, deep in the clans’ home. He went into the dark grave alone, and when he came back, he was a changed boy. He never spoke of what happened in the tomb to anyone.

After that day, he fully embraced his calling, throwing himself into his training, trying to make up for lost time. He soon caught up with the other potential ninja and soon was one of the top of his class. As time went on, he grew more withdrawn and quiet. Soon he was given the title Genin and as with all of his rank within the clan he was given his first sword, the ancient blade Furui, the sword the founder of the clan used. His family could trace their lineage back to the oldest son of Ryoushi Hissori himself, so the sword was entitled to him. In addition, he was taught some of the clans more advanced sword techniques, which he picked up quickly. His Keiji grew stronger and more efficient. He now feels that he is ready to work with a team proper, and is waiting to find a team that would take him on board.

Speciality: Kenjutsu

Learned Jutsu:
Basic E-D level Ninjutsu.
The Hissori Clan Kekkei Genkai, Keiji. He is capable of keeping up high speeds for at least three posts, five at a push. Anymore and he will just hurt himself.

Life As A Genin
Soon after becoming a Genin, Munashii was assigned a sensei called Yoshimo Izoto, a high ranked ninja and advisor to the Raikage. They sparred, each showing the other what they were capable of. However, Yoshimo was drawn away by other duties he had to perform, and Munashii’s training was passed on to a Jounin named Keiteki Drakun. They sparred high above the ground, Keiteki having wings and Munashii’s advanced agility allowing this spectacle.

After these fights, Munashii returned to his apartment, where he unwittingly found that his Keiji had advanced, allowing him to hold the state of supernatural reflexes for a longer time.

After resting, he gathered up some materials and started working on a new jutsu, the Hari Chimitsu Ken (click on link below for details). While the Sword Retriever worked, Munashii had some difficulty in working the new jutsu. It was at this point that he met Lelia, a fellow Cloud genin. Just as they were about to start a sparring match, a man who claimed to be a Cloud Jounin called Kurama showed up, offering the chance to spar with him. The two genin agreed, and the three battled, the genin against the supposed jounin. After several minutes of battling, they were joined by Yoshimo, who needed them in an A-Rank mission (as no other ninja were available at the time). It had appeared that a man named Kyouken Uchiha had infiltrated the village and was heading towards Sunagakure, another village that was not an ally of Kumogakure then. They needed to catch up to the man and ask him some questions. With Munashii’s advanced tracking abilities, this was a task well suited to him.

When they finally confronted the S-Class wanderer, they found they were up against not one, but two. Before a battle could really start, the team were called back to Kumogakure when it was attacked by an army of demons.
When he arrived at Kumogakure, most of it had been destroyed. Searching the ruins, he found that his clans’ outpost had escaped unscathed thanks to it being located outside the Village. However, upon further investigation, he came upon his father, who informed him of his mothers’ demise.

Given orders by Yoshimo (who was now the Raikage), Munashii, Lelia and a young girl called Rain made a make-shift hospital to care for the wounded. Setting up a perimeter with his fellow clansmen, Munashii assisted bringing the wounded to the hospital. Unfortunately, the demon that had destroyed the Village returned. However Yoshimo, who had left to seek the aid of Jin Chisoku, had returned in time with the said man in tow. While Jin set about defeating the demon, Munashii, Lelia and Rain evacuated the villagers. On the way to higher ground, a boy named Kazu began to lose control and began to attack. At this time, Munashii was quickly losing his grip on his self-control due to the enormous pressure of losing his mother and seeing his village in ruins. He quickly ran to attack the child, but due to the intervention of both Jin and Yoshimo, Kazu was stopped.

Shortly after this, the Chuunin Exams began. On the Written Exam, Munashii used the Keiji to enhance his sight so he could read his answers off another persons’ paper. To assist Lelia, his sent a note to her tied to a length of ninja wire. The three of them (Munashii, Lelia and Rain) passed the first part of the Written Exam and breezed through the second part. When the Second Exam was cancelled and all the students automatically passed, they were teleported to Konohagakure. Munashii was approached by a genin called Shiko, who informed him that he wanted to fight him the most. Watching the other matches, Munashii name was called. Against a kunoichi called Kuro, the result ended with both genin advancing to the rank of chunnin.

During Time Skip
After becoming a chuunin, Munashii intensified his training. Learning from some scrolls that his sensei Yoshimo gave him when he left Kumogakure, he learned medical ninjutsu with the thought that it would improve his endurence while on missions. He often trained with his friend and a fellow student of Yoshimo, Lelia. With his clan becoming more and more obscure, Lelia is one of the handful of people left who know that the Hissori clan actually exists, others being Yoshimo Izoto, the current Raikage and a few others who have had dealings with them.

During this time, the old Elder of the Hissori clan passed away, and the spirit of Ryoushi Hissori declared that Munashii's father, Rei Hissori, would take the role of Clan Elder. Rei has made Munashii his second-in-command and when it comes to matters of the clan, Munashii has a big say.

Speciality: Kenjutsu, Tracking/Stealth.
