Organization Name: The Caelum Kingdom
Leader: Noctis Lucis Caelum
Members: Unknown, but there is said to be 200 clan members spread around
History: A Yakuzu-like kingdom that does not have a defintite "Palace" like most kingdom's have. After Pravus separted the kingdom all around the world, their are many locations all over the world that have one leader running that location. Noctis (Kyouken) runs his operations hidden in Kirigakure no sato. He leads all of the operations by travelling all over to the other locations for updates
Specail Abilites: The Caelum Tenshu Hitokoki kekkei genkai, the other non-Caelums have there own individual set of abilities
Type of people you want to join your organization: All types ranging from hired muscele, scientist, researchers, shinobi, assassins, hitman, terrorist and workers willing to fight ranging from genin to s-ranked shinobi, advisors, servants, and so on
